Spring'20 release is round the corner. Below is my top pick from the Sales Cloud perspective: -
Path: Streamline Order Fulfillment
Improve your customers’ shopping experience by creating a path on the Fulfillment Order object. An order fulfillment path gives call center agents visibility into order status, and warehouse workers can easily update item status.
Gotcha - The Fulfillment Order object is available to customers with a Salesforce Order Management license.
Clone Opportunities or Campaigns Along with Their Related Records
The Clone with Related action makes it simple to create recurring opportunities and campaigns. Your account reps no longer have to find and add related items one by one when they re-create those records.
In the Object Manager, find the Opportunity or Campaign object and select Page Layout. Add the Clone with Related action to the layout, and save. In the dialog, the order of the options can’t be changed.
Opportunities - A rep can renew a subscription by cloning contact roles, products, or product (line item) schedules along with an opportunity.
Campaigns - When you use the Clone with Related action on a campaign, we duplicate your campaign record along with all its member statuses.
Gotcha - This change applies to the Lightning Experience only.
Update Multiple Deals from the Forecasts Page in Lightning Experience
Forecast users now have another option for updating opportunities without leaving the forecasts page. With inline editing, users can edit multiple opportunities at the same time.
Gotcha - This change applies to the Lightning Experience only.
Price Book Entries: Get More from Price Book Entries Related Lists in Lightning Experience
Salesforce has added View to the quick actions on Price Book Entries related lists. Now it’s easy for sales reps to see price book entry details without switching to Salesforce Classic.
Schedule and Manage Scheduled Emails in Lightning Experience
Sales reps can specify email arrival times to increase the chances of an email being read. They can schedule an email to arrive at the start of a contact’s work day, for example. The new Scheduled Emails component lets reps update the content of a scheduled email, and change its scheduled date and time.
To schedule an email, sales reps select Send Later in the email composer.
The rep then selects the date and time and clicks Schedule.
To let your reps manage scheduled emails, use Edit Page to add the Send Email Later - Pending List component to any object’s home page, including the Salesforce homepage.
Using that component, reps can reschedule, edit, or delete an already-scheduled email.
Gotcha - Users with the Use Inbox user permission, available with the High Velocity Sales or Inbox license can use this feature.
Use Drafts to Perfect Your List Emails
Sales reps can take their time when creating list emails. Reps can now save their work as a draft and return to it later.
From a contact or lead home page, click Send List Email and start writing the content. To save your changes, click Save as Draft.
To resume editing the list email, go to the List Email home page.
Find your draft list email (1) and continue editing (2). When you’re done editing, save the draft again or send the list email.
Gotcha - This change applies to the Lightning Experience only.
Assign Tasks to a Queue to Share Work Efficiently
Let sales reps share their workload by setting up queues for tasks. Reps can assign tasks to their shared queues, and then individuals can take ownership of those tasks from the queue’s list view. This is a big one!
When reps assign tasks to a queue, those tasks are available to members of the queue, which means everyone can pitch in to help. No more relying on one sales rep to do it all. Now others on the team can lend a hand without waiting for work to be delegated or reassigned.
How: In Setup, enter Queues in the Quick Find box and then select Queues. From the Queues setup page, select New. Then, create a queue and assign Task as the supported object.

According to Stanford Medical, It's in fact the one and ONLY reason this country's women get to live 10 years more and weigh on average 42 lbs less than we do.
ReplyDelete(By the way, it has absolutely NOTHING to do with genetics or some secret diet and EVERYTHING about "HOW" they eat.)
BTW, What I said is "HOW", and not "WHAT"...
